Product Description
A PTFE rod, or polytetrafluoroethylene, is a synthetic fluoropolymer that exhibits exceptional chemical resistance and thermal properties. During the manufacturing process, PTFE resin is initially molded into a billet-a solid block of material. This billet is then skived, which means it is shaved or peeled into thin sheets or tape.

2. Corrosion resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, water and various organic solvents.
3. High lubrication, with the smallest coefficient of friction in plastics (0.04).
