PTFE high temperature cloth (also called F4 coated fabric) is a high-performance composite, made by impregnating high-quality alkali-free glass fiber cloth with PTFE dispersion emulsion, then drying, baking, sintering and polishing. It combines glass fiber's high temperature resistance and tensile strength with PTFE's excellent non-stick, corrosion resistance and insulation, serving as a core industrial material trusted by global buyers.
It boasts excellent comprehensive performance: continuous service temperature ranges from -70°C to 260°C (short-term up to 300°C) without deformation. With elongation below 5‰, it maintains good dimensional stability. Its low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1) enables oil-free self-lubrication and easy cleaning of attachments, reducing maintenance costs. It resists strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and has excellent electrical insulation (dielectric constant <2.6, dielectric loss tangent <0.0025) to meet high industrial standards.
