PTFE  or polytetrafluoroethylene, is a synthetic fluoropolymer that exhibits exceptional chemical resistance and thermal properties. During the manufacturing process, PTFE resin is initially molded into a billet-a solid block of material. This billet is then skived, which means it is shaved or peeled into thin sheets or tape. PTFE Rod diameter 4-9mm rod selection of dispersed polymerization of PTFE resin paste made by extrusion processing; Diameter 10-150mm rods made of PTFE resin suspension made by plunger processing; diameter of 150mm or more by the mold Made of processing.

2. Corrosion resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, water and various organic solvents.
3. High lubrication, with the smallest coefficient of friction in plastics (0.04).
4. High temperature resistance, long-term use temperature is 200~260C.
5. Low temperature resistance, even if the temperature drops to -160C, it can maintain 5% elongation.
6. It does not adhere, which is the smallest surface tension among solid materials, and does not adhere to any substance.
